This new Aktion Club will be focused on new members who have disabilities and will be located at the HOPE Community Center in Adrian.
    2. Re-new and strengthen this Club's on-going relationship with Tecumseh High School via the K-Club to guide students in building strong leadership and citizenship skills.
  3. Priority One - Young Children:
    1. Increased focus on Young Children's Basic Needs and Nutrition - Continue support for local community food pantries such as the LISD preschool Food Pantry and other Tecumseh Food Pantries.
    2. Support the new "IMAGINATION LIBRARY PROJECT" for Lenawee's young children.
    3. Support patients at the C.S. Mott Children's Hospital via "CHILDREN'S SHOWER PROJECT".
  4. Youth Services:

    2. Continue support for the “Read Around the World Project”.
  5. Community Service and Human & Spiritual Values:

    2. Support "KIDS AGAINST HUNGER" work project.
  6. Club Growth - Membership Renewal:
    1. Increase total Club Membership by five (5) new members (net).
    2. Renew and Reconnect with current Kiwanis club members who are not regularly active, i.e., not attending weekly meetings and/or participating in committee work, with the goal of re-engaging those members into more active membership.
  7. New Fundraising Efforts: Develop three (3) “new” small fundraiser projects - so all Kiwanis members can readily participate in them.
  8. Support the Kiwanis Division 11 Lt. Governor's, District of Michigan Governor's, and International's President's goals (refer to items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 above).
  9. Encourage all reporting committees to have at least two (2) projects per month: (1) a good deed work focused project and (1) monetary project. Both projects should also be able to increase the Kiwanis presence across the Tecumseh community.
  10. Keep all members informed about the good work of members and committees of this Club via monthly scheduled oral reports at the weekly Kiwanis Club meetings.
